Beat Shortening and Butter until smooth and creamy. Gradually beat in Sugars and continue beating 2-3 minutes. Add Eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Add Vanilla.
Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cinnamon and Salt in a separate bowl. Mix well with a whisk.
Stir in flour mixture, mix well. Follow with Oats, mix.
Add Chocolate Chips, Heath Eng. Toffee bits, and toasted Pecans. Mix well, dough will be stiff and may need mixing by hand.
Spray cookie sheets with no-stick spray.
Drop rounded 1/8 C dough. Bake at 350 F for 11-13 min. depending on crispness desired.
