     Scrambled Egg Casserole

Ingredients
One dozen eggs
Milk
1 lb. bacon
parsley flakes
8 oz. sour cream
2 cup cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Scramble eggs with a little milk and cook until soft. Place cooked eggs in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle chopped parsley over eggs. Brown bacon and crumble over parsley. Spread sour cream over bacon and then top with cheese.
Can be made the day before. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted the day of serving.
