Lay out all 8 buns. On each bottom bun, place slice of Swiss cheese, ham, turkey, and American cheese. Place top bun over American cheese. Wrap each bunwich individually in foil and place in freezer. Take out of freezer 2 to 3 hours before serving. Leave bunwiches in foil and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
