Ingredients
2 large firm, ripe tomatoes, chopped and drained
1 cup loosely packed, chopped basil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 (16 ounce) loaf Italian bread
 

Instructions
Mix tomatoes, basil and olive oil in medium bowl. Let stand at room temperature. Add a little salt and pepper. Slice bread, arrange on baking sheet and toast until broiler, turning once, until golden brown on both sides. Top hot toast with tomato mixture.
