Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine baking mix, egg and just enough milk to make thick dough. Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead lightly. Pat into rectangular shape about 9 x 13 inches. Add butter to 10 x 15 inch pan and melt in hot oven. Cut dough into 12 or 14 strips with sharp knife or pizza cutter. Cut each strip in half and place evenly on top of melted butter in pan. Combine parsley flakes, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan and sprinkle mixture over strips. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
