     Caramel Crunch

Ingredients
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c light corn syrup
1/4 c (1/2 stick) butter
6 c bite-size crispy corn cereal squares
2 c peanuts
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250.
Heat brown sugar, syrup, and butter in large saucepan. Stir constantly until sugar and butter melt.
Add cereal and peanuts and stir until all ingrediens are well coated.
Spread mixture on lightly sprayed baking sheet and bake for 30 min. Stir occasionally while baking. Cool and store in airtight container.
