Ingredients
2 large potatoes
3 Tablesppons olive oil
Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Big ziplock bag
 
Instructions
- slice potatoes very thin - Shake ingredients together in plastic bag to coat - Place on foil and cook for 15-20 minutes at 450 - Top with Parmesan cheese and cook for additional five minutes
