Serve over chopped green and red peppers, fresh tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, feta cheese, and kalamata olives and romaine lettuce for a Greek salad. Also good drizzled over grilled romaine hearts. (I buy them at Trader Joe's. Cut them in half lengthwise, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and grill over medium flame 2 or 3 minutes each side)
