1 1/2 C best foods mayo

1 1/2 C shredded parmesan cheese

1/8 large onion diced or minced

1/4 pound spinach coarsely chopped (1/2 bag baby spinach)

1 can quartered artichoke hearts (marinated in water) (chopped)

8 oz cream cheese

Instructions |

Soften cream cheese, add all ingredients except spinach and artichokes. Mix on low.
|

Add the spinach and aratichokes and mix.
|
|
|
|
May serve hot or cold!
|

|
|
Good with veggies, crackers, chips, especially fritos! One of my favorites and gone fast!
