- make cupcakes and brownies as normal
- Cut each cooled cupcake in half
- Cut brownies into circles to fit in between the cupcakes
- Seperate icing into three bowls
- Dye the bowls green, yellow and red
- Put the icing into a bag and cut off a corner
- add Ketchup then mustard then lettuce
- Press on the top
