2 cups instant mashed potatoes *

2 c. cooked hamburger, drained

1/4 c. onions, chopped (optional)

2 T. parsley flakes

1 can green beans, drained

1/2 cheese, shredded

| |
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

Instructions |

|
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare instant potatoes as directed on package. Stir parsley flakes into potatoes. Saute hamburger and onions, drain.

In a 2-quart, greased casserole, layer ingredients as follows: hamburger; green beans; soup; potatoes; cheese.
|

|
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until potatoes are brown, cheese melted.

|
|
|
*Instead of instant potatoes, cook and mash potatoes or use leftover mashed potatoes.
