Poke holes in squash. Cook in microwave, whole, about 20 minutes. Scrape from skin.
Scald together all ingredients except eggs.
Add eggs 1 at a time. (Take a bit of the mixture and mix eggs with it, otherwise the eggs becom scrambled when added to hot mixture, then add heated eggs to mixture.) Pour into unbaked pied shell. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees and then 20 minutes at 325 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
Cover outer crust with foil to prevent crust from burning.
