Preheat oven to 180 Put butter sugar and cream in a saucepan and stir over a low heat. gently stir till melted then bring to the boil. Remove from heat and stir in nuts cheries, mixed peel cranberries and flour and mix to combine. Drop teaspoon fulls onto lined backing tray spreading wide apart. bake 10minutes until golden. use a knife to gently push the edges to make nice rounds and then leave to cool on trays 10 minutes. melt chocolat and spread over the bottom of each biscuit use fork to make wavey lines.
