     Copycat Applebee's Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 Pounds Red Potatoes
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Heavy Cream
3 Tablespoons Butter
Salt & Pepper To Taste
1/4 Cup Garlic (Whole Cloves)
 
Instructions
Place A Single Layer Of Garlic Cloves On A Sheet Of Heavy-Duty Aluminum Foil & Wrap Tightly. Roast In 400° Oven For 45 Minutes.Unwrap & Let Cool.
In A Large Pot, Bring Red Potatoes To A Slow Boil For 20 Minutes.
In A Pan, Or Bowl, Combine Potatoes, Peeled & Roasted Garlic Cloves, & All Other Ingredients. Mash With Potato Masher.
