Heat the oil in a heavy skillet. Salt the pork chops and then dust them with the flour mixture and brown them in the oil. Drizzle with the wizard and sprinkle with the soup mix and thyme. Pour in the chicken stock, cover the skillet and turn the fire to low. Let simmer for about an hour, checking every 10 minutes to make sure there is enough liquid (which makes a lovely sauce). Serve with brown rice for a yummy cozy dinner.
