1 cup blueberries or 2 that’s what I would do –sprinkled with 2 Tablespoons sucanat, agave, or organ
Instructions
Mix everything except the blueberries for 15 seconds in the blender. Put into your freezer for 30 minutes before you put it in your ice cream freezer. The colder your mixture is when you put it in the ice cream freezer, the smoothier the ice cream will be. Freeze in your ice cream maker according to its directions. When it just starts to firm up, add the blueberries. Freeze until firm. Or, just make vanilla ice cream and serve it with the blueberries on top.
