     Chicken White Sauce

Ingredients
½ cup butter
¾ cup all purpose flour
1 T. chicken bouillon granules
2 cups water
2 cups half and half (or water if you prefer)
 

Instructions
Melt butter in a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Add flour and bouillon, stir into a paste. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes. Gradually add water and half and half; cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce has thickened, about 8 minutes.
