Ingredients
2 x 500g tubs Coles Christmas Pudding
Ice-cream
6 waffle cones
100g dark chocolate, melted
6 Jaffas
 

Instructions
Make sure there’s enough room in your freezer before you begin this recipe.
Line 2 oven trays with baking paper and put 1 tray in freezer. Use an ice-cream scoop to scoop out 6 round balls of ice-cream. Put on prepared chilled tray. Put in freezer and freeze for 2 hours. 3. Meanwhile, dip top edge of each waffle cone into melted dark chocolate. Put on second prepared tray and refrigerate until set
Drizzle remaining chocolate over each ball of ice- cream and, working quickly, decorate tops with a Jaffa and 2 halves of mint lolly. Return to freezer immediately and freeze for a further 1 hour
Carefully press ice-cream balls firmly into waffle cones. Serve immediately, or return to freezer until ready to serve.

serve with a chocolate sauce
