     Meatballs

Ingredients
2 lb ground beef
1 lg clove garlic, minced
1/2 med onion, minced
3 Tbl parsley
1 egg
1/2 c grated cheese
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
3/4 c milk
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients except milk in a large bowl. Add the milk sepatately and last. The consistency will be moist and slightly sticky.
When making meatballs into desired and uniform sized balls for even cooking DO NOT overwork the meat. Place meatballs onto a baking sheet with sides.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes depending on size of meatballs.
Cool and freeze or place directly into favorite sauce.
