Preptime   15-25 minutes
Ingredients
2 cans of black eyed peas
1 can of white and yellow corn
1 can of chopped black olives
1 can of chopped green chiles
1 can of sliced jalapenos (or 2 fresh)
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 bundle of cilantro
1 bottle of Newman's Own balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing
 
Instructions
Finely chop both bell peppers, jalapeño's, and cilantro. Put everything in one big bowl including the entire bottle of salad dressing and mix together.
Serving Suggestions
Best if you let it sit overnight.
