     Nacho Chip Dip

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef
1 medium onion
4 or 5 chiles, canned
1 or 2 large cans (16 oz) stewed tomatoes
1 lg pkg velveeta (2lbs)
dash thyme
 

Instructions
Brown in skillet beef and onion, drain oil. Add chopped chiles. In crockpot melt the cheese. When melted add tomatoes and ingredients from skillet. Mix well. Add short dash of thyme.
Serve in crockpot, keeping warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
