Wash and devein shrimp. Set aside. Add eggs to a bowl and
lightly scramble. Add milk to eggs and scramble again. Set aside.
Add package of Gourmet Creations Toasted Coconut Shrimp dip
mix to a bowl. Add panko bread crumbs to dip mix and mix well.
Add olive oil to pan and put on medium heat. Coat shrimp in egg
wash and then in panko/dip mix and when pan is hot add shrimp
to pan. Let cook until shrimp turn pink and serve as an appetizer
or over pasta.
