clean and thinly slice the mushrooms, shop the onions finely.
fry the onions and then the mushrooms add a little salt and fry till they are golden remove from pan but leave the buttery liquid in the pan,

combine the cream and milk and warm it in the microwave for about 2 minutes or until warm,
place the other 15 ml butter and the flour in the pan used for the mushrooms and stir constantly, Add milk little bit at a time with a spoon and keep whisking until fully incorporated before adding more.

keep adding the milk mix until u have the desired thickness for ur sauce then add the mushrooms, onions and a little pepper to taste... enjoy

when i want to serve this with steak i use the pan juices after i fried the steak for frying the mushrooms it just enhances the taste even more.
