     Chicken Tetrazzini

Ingredients
12 ozs linguine
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 butter
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 (10 3/4 oz) cans cream of mush. soup
1 (5oz) pkg shredded parmesan cheese
 
1 c sour cream
1/2 c water
1 c frozen peas, thawed
3/4 c coarsely crushed round buttery crackers

Instructions
Prepare linguine according to directions. Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking dish .Cut chicken into 1 inch cubes, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In large skillet, melt butter over med. heat. Add chicken, onion, and garlic and cook stirring often, for 6 to 8 min. or until cooked through. Stir in soup, cheese, sour cream, and 1/2 c water. Stir in peas. Remove from heat.
Add linguine, tossing gently to coat. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with crushed crackers. Bake for 30 to 40 mins or unil ho and bubbly.
Serving Suggestions
Can be frozen up to 1 month.
