Beat the eggs until light and foamy. Add sugar, oil,
zucchini and vanilla; mix lightly, but well. Combine flour,
salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon; add to zucchini-
egg mixture. Stir until well-blended. Add nuts and pour
into 2 9x5x3 loaf pans
Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Cool on
rack.
