     Soup - Italian Meatball Soup

Ingredients
1 14 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes with onion & garlic
1 14 ounce beef broth
1 1/2 cups of water
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning, crushed
1/2 of 16-ounce pakcage (8) Italian-style frozen cooked meatballs
1 cup of frozen vegetables
1/2 cup small dried pasta (ditallini or orzo or shells)
1 tablespoon shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)
 

Instructions
In a large saucepan combine undrained tomatoes, broth, water, and Italian seasoning. Bring to boiling, add meatballs, frozen vegetables, and pasta. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered about 10 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender. If desired, sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
