     Spagetti Pie

Ingredients
1 pound spagetti
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, diced
1 pound ground beef
10 oz frozen peas, thawed
1 cup heavy cream
8 eggs
1 cup ricotta cheese
 

Instructions
preheat oven to 350, butter cassarole dish. Boil spagetti. Heat oil in pan, add onion until cooked. Add beef and cook through. Move meat to large bowl, add pasta and peas. Add cream to pan, heat and add to meat mixture. In a separate bowl mix eggs and cheese. Add the two mixtures together, and transfer to baking dish. BAke until top is golden brown, about 45 minutes. Let rest.
