Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13x9x2 baking pan. COmbine flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices, and salt. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until thick and light colored. Beat in the oil. Beat in the pumpkin. Gradually blend in dry ingredients. Scrape the mixture into the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the edges pull away from the sides and the top springs back when lightly touched. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Frost the cooled cookies with the Vanilla Icing and cut into large or small bars.
