Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt. In a separate bowl
beat oil, vanilla, and sugar until combined, add eggs, one at a
time. In a medium bowl, mix banana, pineapple,walnuts, and
coconut together add to eggs, and then add drys. Divide into 9 in
cake pans and bake for 30-40 minutes at 350.
