Put all ingrediants except the cauliflower and raisins in the blender and whizz at a high speed until combined, the mixture should be thick but run off the back of a spoon – add more water if required. Curry Sauce complete. Clean your blender and then whizz your cauliflower into smaller pieces, I did it so that they were smaller but not as small as cous cous – this is personal preference though, any size would work. In a bowl add the cauliflower, the raisins and then mix in your curry sauce…. Eat! I had mine on romaine leaves rolled up which was really nice but you could serve it with other veg or some raw bread or crackers. Maybe a raw chapati? Sorry there’s no pic, I’ll take one next time!
