4 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
3/4 cup malted-milk powder
 
Instructions
In saucepan, het milk and vanilla, about 5 minutes. Add chocolate, whisking until melted. Add malted-milk powder, whisk until completely dissolved.
