     Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Ingredients
1 pkg penne pasta, cooked and drained
2 lbs. chicken breast (cooked and cut in chunks)
1 c. real bacon bits
6 oz. diced ham
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
Sliced mushrooms
2-3 green onions, chopped
 
Alfredo Sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. butter

Instructions
Place cooked pasta in a 9x13 pan. Pour half of the alfredo sauce over pasta. Put meats and mushrooms over sauce. Cover with 1/2 of cheese. Pour remaining sauce over cheese, then green onion, and rest of cheese. Cook at 350 for 30-40 mins, uncovered until cheese is golden.
Note- You can add more or less of any ingredients to your liking. Bottled alfredo sauce is good and easy.
Alfredo- Melt butter in saucepan. Add cream, garlic powder, and pepper. Simmer 10 mins or until thick. Add Parmesan Cheese. Can add cornstarch if need to thicken.
