Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter.
Add baking soda, salt, flour, and oats. Spread in an ungreased jelly
roll pan. Bake for 12 mins at 350. Cool 3 mins. Spread a thin layer
of additional peanut butter over the top.
For frosting combine butter and cocoa, add milk, and powdered to
sugar to a thin and soft consistency.
