     Raspberry Touffle

Ingredients
1 white cake mix
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 c. Cool Whip
Glaze-
1-1/2 c. sugar
1 pkg Raspberry/Strawberry Kool-Aid
6 Tbsp. Clear Gel
 
1-3/4 c. to 2-1/2 c. water
Raspberries/Strawberries

Instructions
Cook cake as directed in a cookie sheet pan. Cool. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold into 4 cups Cool Whip. Spread on cool cake. Chill 1 hour.
Mix Clear Gel, sugar, and Kool-Aid with a whisk. Add water slowly until desired consistency of glaze. Add as many berries as you like. Spoon on top of cake.
