     Cream of Chicken Soup (gluten free)

Ingredients
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1-1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. chicken bouillon (gluten free)
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
 

Instructions
Heat milk and cornstarch until blended. Stir in butter, bouillon, and salt and pepper. Heat to a boil, stirring frequently. Simmer for 1 min, more to thicken.
