Set chicken aside. For sauce, in a small bowl, stir together
honey, vinegar, orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Set
aside. Pour cooking oil into wok or large skillet. Preheat over
medium high heat. Stir-fry frozen veggies for 3 mins or till
veggies are crisp-tender. Remove veggies. Add chicken. Stir-
fry 3-4 mins or till no longer pink. Push chicken to side. Stir
sauce and add to center of wok. Cook and stir till thickened and
bubbly.
