     Honey Glazed Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
12 oz. chicken, diced
4 Tbsp. honey
4 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 c. loose pack frozen veggies
Hot cooked rice
 

Instructions
Set chicken aside. For sauce, in a small bowl, stir together honey, vinegar, orange juice, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Set aside. Pour cooking oil into wok or large skillet. Preheat over medium high heat. Stir-fry frozen veggies for 3 mins or till veggies are crisp-tender. Remove veggies. Add chicken. Stir- fry 3-4 mins or till no longer pink. Push chicken to side. Stir sauce and add to center of wok. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Return cooked veggies to wok. Stir all ingredients together to coat. Cook and stir about one more minute or till heated through. Serve immediately over rice.
