I make this a lot myself its easy and its so much cheaper than buying
crapes outside, and you can make a lot at once.
First get a bowl out and pour in flower,
three eggs, three teaspoons of vanilla, and 1/2 cup of sugar.
Mixing till they are well together and make sure that there is no
clogs.
When the batter is ready heat a frying pan, oil it
with butter or oil and start making the crapes.
First make sure that the fire is at its lowest. Then take the batter
and ladle it over the frying pan. As soon as you do that spread the
batter evenly across the frying pan with the back of the ladle and
cook it for 40 seconds then flip it and wait another 10 seconds. Then
carefully lift it and cool it on a plate.
While the crapes are baking, prepare yourself
anything you want to eat the crapes with such as bananas, whip cream,
ice cream, chocolate and more.
When the crapes are done you are finished.
