1. Wash and dry all the Kale.
2. Take 1/2 to 1/3 of the kale and toss it in olive oil salt and
pepper and stick it in the oven 350 F until the Kale is crispy.
3. Meanwhile pour lemon juice over the rest of the kale and
gently squeeze the kale to let it marinate the kale.
4. Once the kale in the oven is crispy let it cool off.
5. Add some dressing over the lemon kale and toss in the crispy
kale.
6. Serve and enjoy
