     Butterscotch Delights

Ingredients
2-1/2 cup sugar
2-1/2 cup brown sugar
2-1/2 cup shortening
5 eggs
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 cup milk
5 cups flour
2-1/2 tsp. soda
2-1/2 tsp. baking powder
 
2-1/2 tsp. salt
5 cups oatmeal
1 pkg. butterscotch chips.
Instructions
Combine sugar, shortening, eggs, vanilla and milk. Mix until smooth. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Add oats adn mix well
