Melt chocolate in a double boiler. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese and vanilla until light and fluffy. Andd sugar and beat until well blended. Take one cup of mixture and mix into cold melted chocolate. Draw by spponful into buttered 9 inch pan. With plastic wrap, push the chocolate to spread evenly. Set aside. Add peanut butter to rest of mix. Spread on chocolate as before and chilll. Cut with small cookie cutter adn garnish.
