Heat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheets. Cream together shortening, butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time. Stir in vanilla. Combine four, baking soda and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture. Half mixture. Add 2 Tbsp. cocoa to 1/2 of the dough. Fold in 1 cup chips to each dough. Put 1/2 tsp. of each dough together in a ball. Bake until light brown. Cool cookie 5 minutes on pan.
