Heat griddle to medium. Combine jam, garlic, olive oil, soy sauce,
mustard, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle chicken with salt and
pepper, cook 10 minutes on each side. Brush with glaze every 3-5
minutes for another 10-12 minutes. Grill peach halves on griddle
and brush with glaze, about 5-6 minutes.
