I think this was one of my best cakes I have ever
make. And I think it will taste even better with
whip cream.

First in bowl pour the butter and sugar and whisk
them together till they turn white(make sure the
butter doesn't melt). Then add the rest of the
ingredients except the earl grey. Whisk them again
till there are no clogs.

Now add the earl grey and take a turner and briefly
mix the earl grey till it is even. Then preheat the
oven to 160c and prepare a square pan that is
roughly greased with oil and floured.

Finally pour the batter in the pan and put it in the
oven for 30-35minutes till you see the surface of
the cake turn slightly brown then you're done.
