a 3-pound beef brisket (not packer style)
|
|
1 cup loosely packed brown sugar
|
|
1 tsp. salt
|
|
1/2 tsp. black pepper
|
|
3 Tbsp. water
|
|
2 cloves, finely chopped
|
|
1 cube chicken boullion
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Place brisket in slow cooker with fat side up.
|
|
|
Mix sugar, salt, pepper, water, garlic and boullion together. Pour over brisket.
|
|
|
Cover and cook at low setting for 8 to 9 hours.
|
|
|
Remove brisket from slow cooker and slice thinly, against the grain.
