     Hash Brown Egg Bake

1 32 ounce package of frozen hashbrowns
Bacon how ever many you want or Sausage
! cup shredded Cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
8 eggs
2 cups milk
As much pepper as you want
I like to use a 1/2 can Cream of Mushroom Soup or
1/2 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Make this your own. Throw whatever you want in.
Suggestions, onion, tomato, mushrooms

In a large bowl, combine hash browns, bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and salt.
Spoon into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
In a bowl, beat eggs and milk until smooth; pour over hash brown mixture.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 45-50 minutes until golden. Top with the remaining cheese.
Serving Suggestions
Let cool a few minutes before cutting.
