Bake potatoes, peel. While potatoes are cooling combine milk and Half & Half and
scald. Let milk cool slightly.
Cut 4 potatoes in half and spoon out potatoes. Put in blender. Dice 5th potato and set
aside. In blender, add the following ingredients- sour cream, chives, salt and pepper,
celery salt, 1/2 cup and 1 Tblsp of the cheese.
Pour milk mixture in blender and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into sauce pan and
add butter and diced potato. Stir and simmer on low setting about 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with remaining ingredients.
