Cook penne according to box. Drain and mix in 3 TB olive oil and
pepper to taste.
Place in lasagna pan.
Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Add in wine and cook
for 2 mins. Add half of walnuts and a pinch of red pepper flake.
Add to penne.
Mix 2 oz cheese in heavy cream and add to penne (while warm)
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over top. Put rest of walnuts on
top of this and cover with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 mins at
350 degrees.
