1 pound carrots, peeled and chopped into 1 inch pieces
1/8 to 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 inch ginger peeled and chopped
3 cups of broth
1 1/2 Tablespoon of soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 cup milk
Instructions
chop onion, celery rib, garlic and sauté. Add carrots , ginger, red
pepper flakes and borth and cook about 45 mins until carrots are
tender. Stir in remaining ingredients, and puiree until smooth.
Reheat til warm, but do not boil.
