     Sour Cream Blueberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 cup reduce fat sour cream
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
3 Tbsp. canola coil
 
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups freash or frozen blueberries

Instructions
In a large bowl, combien the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In another bowl combine the egg, sour cream, applesauce, oil and vanilla. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in berries. Pour into a 9-inch square baking pan, coated with non-stick cooking spray.
For toppping- 1/4 cup packed brwon sugar; 1/4 cup cooking oats; 1/2 tsp. ground cinammon; 2 Tbsp. cold butter. Combine the brown sugar, oats and cinnamon; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack
