     Swedish Tea Ring

Ingredients
2-1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 pkgs. yeast
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 cup hot tap water
1/2 stick margarine (softened)
2 eggs
2-1/2 cup flour
5 Tbsp. brown sugar
 
1-1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon

Instructions
Mix together 2-1/2 cups flour, sugar, yeast adn salt. Add 1/2 stick softened margarine and hot tap water. Then add 2 eggs. Beat with eelctric mixer until well blended and add more flour (1-1/2 to 2 cups.) Turn out onto floured surface and knead dough, adding 1-1/2 cups more flour while kneading. Place in greased bowl. Let rise until doubled in size. Turn out onto floured surface. Roll dough into a rectangle approximately 30x10-inch. Spread dough with softened margarine generously. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar mixture. Roll jelly roll style. Place in a circle creased cooke sheet. Snip ring 1/4-inch through with scissors and 1-inch intervals. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. While warm, frost with powdered sugar frosting.
